Overview.
Our Refund Policy (cancellation of service) lasts until the order is completed and is governed by the provisions of the Offer Agreement.
If the order has been accepted (is in the process of execution or has already been executed), we cannot offer you a refund. The proof of the beginning/end of the order is the provision of the Customer with the Photo/Video of the service processes, through the previously selected messenger on the Internet.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us before the start of the order, at the email address indicated on the website https://maghelp.net in the "Contacts" section.
The cost of the Service shall be refunded by bank transfer to the Customer's account, minus the funds spent on preparing the execution of the order (purchase of necessary materials and ingredients, payment for the services of third parties involved in the execution of the order... etc.) 

Exchange and return of goods of good quality
You can exchange goods of good quality for a similar product. The exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods. The absence of a cash receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to exchange the goods.
If the buyer refuses the goods of good quality, the cost of delivery of the goods and sending them back is paid by the buyer.

Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality.
In accordance with Article 8 (part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", in case of doubt about the quality of the consumed goods, such goods must be subjected to a specialised examination. The exchange or refund of money for such goods shall be made only upon the results of the examination. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods in person or through his/her representative. After the examination, our managers will inform you by phone about the results and provide a document for confirmation.

Refunds
After your request for cancellation of the order is received, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The Customer shall be refunded the cost of the Service within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by MAGHELP of the Customer's cancellation of the Service, subject to the requirements provided for in clauses 8.1.- 8.3. of the Offer Agreement. 

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund within the timeframe specified above, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. 
It often takes some processing time before a refund is credited.
